Hi, I’m Charlotte. I believe every dancer deserves to feel confident and comfortable in their uniform. With years of experience working with fabrics and fits, I founded By Charlotte to take the headache out of uniform shopping.
I work directly with dance teachers to curate uniform ranges that are durable, stylish, and consistent. Whether you need a specific leotard for an exam or a full kit for a new term, I’m here to guide you through sizes and styles so you can order with total confidence.
Getting the right kit is easy.
Every school has a specific uniform list. I work with your teachers to ensure you get exactly what is required for each class grade.
Unsure about sizing? Don't guess! We provide fitting kits so your dancer can try on sample leotards and skirts to find the perfect fit.
Once you know your size, submit your order form via the link below. Uniforms are made to order, typically taking 3–6 weeks.

Standard turnaround is 3-6 weeks as items are made to order. Please allow extra time during August/September.
Personalized items (with names or logos) cannot be returned unless faulty. This is why we highly recommend using our fitting kits first!
