Resident UX lead and product owner, as well as user centered design ambassador. This fantastic role involved user research, defining user needs, designing products and managing delivery.

Working for this rapidly growing agency the role was varied, but relied heavily on my User Centred Design approach. I also introduced Agile to the team and successfully implemented it on a number of projects.
