UX designer working on reducing friction on signup, increasing conversion on retail and improving engagement with members.
Collaborating with the product team, marketing team and customer service to help deliver a great end to end user experience. Using volumetrics from Business Analysts to gain crucial user insight, creating multiple wireframes for AB testing and granular iterations in UI.
Working for this rapidly growing agency the role was varied, but relied heavily on my User Centred Design approach. I also introduced Agile to the team and successfully implemented it on a number of projects.
