Ensuring user needs shape future procuring processes #
A really interesting project, looking at a shared service solution across governement. The main objective was to make sure user needs fed into procurement processes. We did this by mapping the service, visualising pain points and un met needs, and providing a high level vision for a future service.
Some of the activities I've lead on include:
- Service blueprinting
- Storyboarding
- Creating service ecosystem maps
- identifying measurements for success
